Fees and token
Fees are transparent and fixed in advance. No hidden fees, no "use GOV as Gas".
Fees
Fee schedule
| Action | Protocol fee | How it's paid |
|---|---|---|
| Spot swap | 0.05% of fill amount | Deducted from output |
| Conditional order fill | 0.07% | Deducted at fill |
| Cancel order | 0 | Gas only |
| Expire untriggered | 0 | Creation Gas only |
When and where it's deducted
v1 deducts from the output: the slice you don't receive is the protocol fee, shown explicitly in the fee summary. Gas is the ETH you pay on-chain and does not count against the Session limit.
Where fees go
All fees go into the GovernorFeeVault contract. Only the protocol multisig (3/5) can move funds out. Every in/out is published on the transparency page.
Discounts (not active)
Holding/locking $GOV discounts are planned at 90-day lock = 10% off. Not active — deploying the token did not switch them on. No yield promises are made.
The GOV token
Not Gas
Gas is always ETH. GOV is not the chain's gas token; nothing on this site ever says "use GOV as Gas".
Not HOOD stock
GOV is the protocol token. It has no relationship with Robinhood Markets, Inc. or its stock, and this site publishes no contract address for it.
Planned use cases
- Governance voting (optional; voting rights are not a yield promise)
- Fee discounts (90-day lock, 10% off)
- Keeper bond staking (subject to health checks)
TGE gate (product metrics)
If these numbers are missed, TGE is postponed:
| Metric | Threshold |
|---|---|
| Unique wallets | ≥ 800 |
| Successfully executed orders | ≥ 5,000 |
| Cumulative notional volume | ≥ $8M |
| Serious security incidents | = 0 |
| Conditional order success rate | ≥ 92% |
The token page states no price, no market cap and no public sale — and no contract address.
